Rene Bouvier, Gevrey-Chambertin Racine du Temps Tres Vieilles Vignes Vintage:2022 Peppery and meaty notes combine(from 80+ year old vines in Le Crot and Pince Vin located in Brochon, plus Creux Brouillard). This is also notably ripe with its array of purple fruit, the sauvage and warm earth. The exceptionally rich and suave are almost thick thanks to the abundance of sappy dry extract, all wrapped in a more complex and persistent finish.
