Vintage 1960s Black Velvet Evening Gown Haute Couture - Frank Oujezdsky blue The dress has no closuresThis is a lovely quality black velvet evening gown made by Montreal couturier Frank Oujezdsky. This dress dates to the 1960s and is a beautifully made strapless gown. The bodice is gathered in diagonal seams that meet at a point at the centre of the waistline it is cut to accentuate the body silhouette. It is trimmed in black glass beads along the neckline and the hemline. The dress is lined in a black faille taffeta fabric and is entirely hand
