The shirt features a plain white bib front with red polka dots covering the sleeves and back of the shirt wearing a jacket, one would never suspect that the wearer had a polka dot shirt on. It is made with French cuffs and with a wingtip collar. My best guess is that it dates to the 1980s or 90s it belonged to a very wealthy philanthropist and socialite who was
