It is made of a quality lawn cotton fabric with a series of three flounces around the bottom of the skirt. It is made with a slight train to the back. In my photos, there is a gap at the waistline closure because it was too small for my mannequin, but the skirt has a back opening that fastens with a series of hooks and eyes. You could possibly gusset the opening in order to enlarge the
