The band was founded in 1979 by a group of teenagers. They began playing in the recently formed DC scene and eventually made it all the way out to California to play a short stint of shows. After returning, they recorded their songs at Inner Ear studios but broke up shortly after. They used the band fund to release their recordings on a 7", a record entitled Minor Disturbance released in 1980,
