The wine is absolutely fine on the palate with delicately drying tannin and a very long and silky texture

They acquired 0. 35 hectares of Savagnin in 2009 and moved to organic and biodynamic farming for at least three years before they decided to make vin jaune. Here, I find the terroir character I found in the white wine beforemineral, austere and very tasty.
