It has three patches on it the Royal Canadian Electrical Mechanical Engineers, a Mobile Command patch and a crown that I think is a rank patch for Warrant Officer. The piece is in very good condition with a small rip to the right side. Nice collectible piece. Canadian buyers, note that the GST HST is included in the price
