Vintage Next Step Up "Intent To Kill" East Coast Assault Promotional Poster Afrocentric he helped form the Wu-TangNext Step Up, the Baltimore hardcore band, released Intent To Kill, their debut 7" with German label Gain Ground, in 1995. The band had been active since 1990, releasing a string of demos and even an LP on local labels Shadow and End Game Records.
